Description
Vehicle Logistics:
Monitor ready to ship stock in Monfalcone / Barcelona. Instruct shipping agencies with required BOL classification . Handling all Shipment governmental requirements ( Nafza, CargoX, ICA, ACID, etc.). Issue Form 4 for each shipment with the agreed assigned banks. Active steering of customs clearing process ( customs handling , payments , documentation). Follow up on vehicles logistic transportation until delivery to VLC.
Stock Management:
Follow up with our 3rd party on warehousing management process ( inspection , receiving and delivery) in both VLC locations (MBLDE , Abu Rawash). Handling all SWT system procedures requirement. Coordinate with the sales operation manager the current stocks in both VLC. Regularly review stock handling cycle for continues improvement.
Procurement and contractual agreements:
Responsible for issuing and updating all related service providers contractual agreements in coordination with legal department. Responsible for all procurement processes in logistics scope such as (supplier selection, tendering, supplier registration, issuance of PO, etc.).
Ad-hoc projects:
Assist sales management , senior manager in Ad-hoc projects such as implementation of new logistic cycles.
Compliance Assurance:
Ensure that all the compliance requirements are met and properly documented per DAG & MBEg.
Qualifications
Training and qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field in a reputable university. 5-7 years of experience in Sales Logistics.
Technical knowledge
Excellent command of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to perform complicated analysis. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Soft skills/individual competence
Fluent in English both in written and speaking. Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines. Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, mature and team player. Reporting and process management. Negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent presentation skills. Self-motivated and result-driven attitude. Organized, effective time management.
