Job Purpose: Handle logistics & customs documentation, tracking, monitoring, and expediting for vehicles and spare parts Including Dangerous Goods Application and Monitor Customs and Traffic police Department process mapping and facilitation
Coordinate shipping, logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of all vehicles
Follow up customs paperwork and follow up as required to ensure payments are completed and imports are approved
Ensure the successful delivery of Units through managing logistics and facilitating the importation process; coordinate logistics of sea and air shipments
Support completion of all required importation paperwork by dealers
Follow up the WS target implementation set by the Sales Operations team .
Review monthly production plan set by the NSC
Revise delivery plan based on market & dealer plan
Follow up the dealer collection plan and financial balance .
Issuing required proforma invoices for all dealer payments .
Follow up shipping of CBU models.
Create related PO for CBU models on SAP.
Company Car Allocation & EVPP Program .
Allocate the required company car needed with HR department
Allocate vehicles for EVPP program / follow up related payments
Reporting
Daily WS & RS report submitting to all related parties
SAP ordering/ invoicing process (All operation inside Nissan)
Position Travel Requirement: Occasional travel between Nissan sites in Egypt
Qualifications and Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor Degree
Minimum 2-3 years in Automotive sector
Technical: MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
English and Arabic language required
