The Role!
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.
As a Sales Lead you will focus primarily on revenue development, and aggressive market expansion by selling Bosta’s suite of products and related services that will be deployed across its shipper segment. 

What will you do:


  • Lead generation through market research
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department
  • Identify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment

Who are you:


  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the logistics/E-commerce industry preferable.
  • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven 
  • Outgoing and persuasive personality
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales
  • Strong existing working relationships with clients
  • Very good English level.
