Sales Handler


As a Sales Handler, your primary responsibilities will be to meet monthly sales targets, improve return rates, and drive substantial growth to meet business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in both value and volume.
  • Improve return rates and achieve return targets to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales fundamentals, including distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Increase turnover to achieve the growth rate.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Drive growth in sales volume through effective sales strategies and execution.
  • Expand sales through both horizontal (new customers) and vertical (existing customers) growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major, preferably business administration.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
