Sales Handler
As a Sales Handler, your primary responsibilities will be to meet monthly sales targets, improve return rates, and drive substantial growth to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in both value and volume.
- Improve return rates and achieve return targets to maximize profitability.
- Ensure the achievement of sales fundamentals, including distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
- Increase turnover to achieve the growth rate.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Drive growth in sales volume through effective sales strategies and execution.
- Expand sales through both horizontal (new customers) and vertical (existing customers) growth strategies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major, preferably business administration.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
