Job Description

  • Identify and develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted prospecting strategies, including research, networking, cold outreach, and leveraging referrals to qualify high-potential leads.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring efficient progress through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions that align with ILLA’s 3PL services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, addressing client concerns and requirements effectively to secure new business agreements and achieve revenue goals.
  • Generate accurate, timely sales reports, monitor key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure a smooth onboarding process and exceptional client service experience.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
