Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Catering & Conference Services team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the vibrant hospitality industry of Cairo and surrounding areas.


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering and conference services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Conduct site visits and showcase our facilities to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in catering or hospitality sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of catering and conference services industry trends
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations
  • Understanding of the local Cairo market and competition
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Certifications in event planning or hospitality management (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 


  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
