DigiSay is a leading MPN (Multi-Platform Network) in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. Role Description


The Sales Executive role requires a proactive approach to sales, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to offer tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively, generating leads, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. With a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and very good design skills, you will develop and execute sales strategies, emphasizing the importance of powerful research and presentations.


Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting potential clients.
  • Creating visually compelling templates and designing engaging pitches and proposals that align with brand standards.
  • Present our range of digital media services to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits.
  • Building and implementing processes and guidelines for day-to-day commercial activities
  • Managing the day-to-day needs of the current projects we have.
  • Prepare customized sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the client’s business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies and proposals. Close deals and achieve sales targets within designated timelines.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent work experience in a business development role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, or account management.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent research skills to gather and analyze market trends, competitor data, and industry insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite as well as design tools such as Canva, Keynote, and G-slides.
