Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Your role will involve a combination of prospecting, client relationship management, and administrative support, as well as creating and managing sales presentations, proposals, and offers to close deals. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and cross-functional teams to support our overall sales strategy and objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new B2B clients within the garment manufacturing sector.


  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales for SaaS solutions.


  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


  • Collect market feedback, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations.


  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and manage administrative tasks.


  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand presence.



RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in technology or garment manufacturing.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.Preferred: Experience with B2B sales and SaaS systems.Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing.
