Sales Engineer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for being the technical arm of our sales team in any of the sales deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct demo calls with potential customers. 
• Manage Proof Of Concepts (POCs)
• Answer all technical questions asked by customers during sales deals.
• Assist Account Executives in pricing.
• Work with the Engineering teams if customers need POC or any customizations.
• Work with the Customer Success team when deals close to make sure the pre-sales <> post-sales transition is smooth.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information System or Computer Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Good technology background with knowledge of the mobile apps’ ecosystem.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good communication skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
