Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for being the technical arm of our sales team in any of the sales deals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct demo calls with potential customers.
- Manage Proof Of Concepts (POCs)
- Answer all technical questions asked by customers during sales deals.
- Assist Account Executives in pricing.
- Work with the Engineering teams if customers need POC or any customizations.
- Work with the Customer Success team when deals close to make sure the pre-sales <> post-sales transition is smooth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information System or Computer Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good technology background with knowledge of the mobile apps’ ecosystem.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
