We are seeking an individual who possesses a proven track
record of driving sales excellence and building high-performing teams. In this
role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our sales strategy, leading a
dynamic sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Your ability to
combine strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of
sales dynamics will be crucial in driving our business growth and nurturing
lasting customer relationships.
How your day will look like:
- Set performance goals, and develop strategies and plans to
increase revenue
- Implement new business initiatives and sales strategies
& monitoring their effectiveness
- Manage Sales, Lead generation & Call Center departments
- Hire, train and grow sales team
- Lead sales team meetings & trainings
- Develop motivation & commission structures
- Set up & monitor sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs
- Develop sales materials and write scripts to increase
closing rates
- Oversee the company's sales growth by evaluating sales
reports and capitalize on particular products or services
- Increase the efficiency of business procedures by meeting
with operational and sourcing departments
- Present quarterly and annual sales results
- Present the company's products and services at conferences
and events
- Discover and expand to the new markets
Requirements- You are a natural leader and have the ability to inspire and
motivate your workforce.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration,
or related field.
- 4 or more years’ experience in sales and management.
- The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
- The ability to create and maintain good relationships with
customers.
- Strong negotiating and sales skills.
- Career-oriented, ambitious personality.
