lasting customer relationships.How your day will look like:Set performance goals, and develop strategies and plans to
increase revenueImplement new business initiatives and sales strategies
& monitoring their effectivenessManage Sales, Lead generation & Call Center departmentsHire, train and grow sales teamLead sales team meetings & trainingsDevelop motivation & commission structuresSet up & monitor sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIsDevelop sales materials and write scripts to increase
closing ratesOversee the company's sales growth by evaluating sales
reports and capitalize on particular products or servicesIncrease the efficiency of business procedures by meeting
with operational and sourcing departmentsPresent quarterly and annual sales resultsPresent the company's products and services at conferences
and eventsDiscover and expand to the new marketsRequirementsYou are a natural leader and have the ability to inspire and
motivate your workforce.A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration,
or related field.4 or more years’ experience in sales and management.The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals.Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.The ability to create and maintain good relationships with
