Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs, ensuring individual and team KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to improve outcomes, including training, coaching, or process adjustments.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to analyze performance metrics, understand bottlenecks, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, optimize lead flow, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Recruitment & Development: Hire top-tier SDR talent, design onboarding programs, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine SDR workflows, scripts, and tools to ensure peak performance and a seamless experience for prospects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present updates, forecasts, and results to executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
