Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be key in generating new leads, initiating outreach activities, and building relationships with prospects to support our IT service management business unit.

Job Description 

  • Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to align them with our ITSM solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closing.
  • Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our solutions.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your designated territory using CRM software.
  • Conduct effective lead qualification and nurturing activities to convert prospects into valuable leads.


RequirementsCertification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
  • Inbound Sales (must)
  • Sales Enablement (must)  
Skills:  

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in – enterprise sales or related position.
  • Sales experience at any of the following domains (IT Service Management, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Business Applications)  
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Customer-centric and good listener.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
  • Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
Personal Skills (MUST):

  • High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do.  
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Being able to work on your own or in a team.
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.  
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent field.


  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation (preferred); Inbound Sales (mandatory); Sales Enablement (preferred).


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in enterprise sales or a similar role, preferably in ITSM, Cloud & Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, or Business Applications.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Proven track record in outbound sales activities and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and account management systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and qualification techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A customer-focused approach and active listening skills.
