Key Responsibilities - Strategic Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to uncover potential leads, identify key decision-makers, and craft tailored outreach strategies.
- Pipeline Generation: Leverage multiple outbound channels—calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media—to engage prospects and create opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Listen actively and ask probing questions to understand prospect needs, uncover pain points, and assess their fit for our services.
- Meeting Setting: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and touchpoints in the CRM (HubSpot proficiency preferred).
- Sales Playbook Execution: Execute multi-touchpoint outreach strategies, following best practices while staying adaptable to prospect responses.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation tactics.
