NOK Human Capital is hiring "Sales Coordinator" for the business Development department.
Location: Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers, and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Will use MS Word to edit text documents, create templates, automate the creation of tables of content, and slideshows in PowerPoint.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
- BPO background is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
