Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Leads the development of impactful in-store execution guidelines to drive success. (Picture of Success)
- Developing annual plans to achieve sales KPIs and brand objectives at channel and regional levels.
- Collaborating with regional teams to align selling strategies and adapt best practices to the Egyptian market.
- Develop channel portfolio and MSL at sub-channel and region levels in addition to analyzing the result to figure out opportunities and work on revised action plan on how to tackle these opportunities.
- Monitor and enforce in-store visibility guidelines within the retail environment consistently.
- Planning of new product launches and setting major KPIs and display guidelines for every channel.
- Participate in demand forecasting process by providing relevant channel data.
- Point of buying solution management / design
4-6 years of valuable experience in sales and trade marketing roles.
Minimum of 3 years in trade marketing within FMCG, with a traditional trade background. FMCG experience is mandatory.
Excellent stakeholder Management skills.
