Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a personalized, high-end shopping experience.
• Understand and communicate the brand’s aesthetic and story to clients.
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of current collections, product features, and availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain the store’s presentation to reflect the brand image.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
