Job Description
OverviewManage SAP system is updated with needed quality and accuracy of data and provide quickly solutions to ensure the stability of system status, covering all equipment movements and repairs, in the frame of MEM policy and needed documentations. And assigning priorities for implementation in accordance with the standards and requirements of the job. In addition to Implementation of all the work assigned to him by the head of asset tracking.
Responsibilities
Lead the communication with team to follow up their daily works & Solving work issues related to SAP, Skelta, CRs sheet & annual count sheet Analyze performance of MEM activities through KPIs Reports through Daily score card of analysis sheets tracking daily MEM activities done through admins in order to track the performance in equipment deploy, retrieval , repair and maintenance plan Solving region coolers discrepancies Follow up with all parties and other departments to close all region open EMOs in time Monitor all Region open EWOs in time and highlight deviations & performance KPI. Design CR Scorecard covering quarterly results for coolers region , also follow up on the progress of data entry and final results were shared with top management. Develop & prepare Daily follow up summary for Annual count cases, total routes , total papers received and Data Entry Progress,also design annual count Scorecard covering count results to provide detailed analysis for results presenting classification for different cases of count and loss % Review and consolidate ( CR & Annual count) sheets from region admins and send it to AC&T manager for final validation Refresh the team with the data entry standards for quality and time saving Follow up the implementation of MEM policy with the team & other department related to MEM On Boarding “Session” for new hires about SAP and MEM policies and related functionalities. Ensure transfer of knowledge formal/ informal to the team. E.g. New Reports, T-codes, Process changes …etc. Follow up coolers movements through weekly cooler Stock update report
Qualifications
System Oriented Intermediate computer skills MS office knowledge (special spreedsheets) excel English read & write
