Talent 360 is hiring for one of its clients a motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize efforts.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop tailored sales strategies to target specific client needs in the facility management sector.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight Allday’s unique value propositions.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have good connections with potential leads.
- Proven track record of 5-7 years in sales and business development, with hands-on experience in the facility management industry.
- Preferred Age: Candidates around 35 years old are encouraged to apply.
- Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- High proficiency in client engagement and relationship management.

Job Type: Hybrid
Working Days: from Sunday to Thursday
Work hours: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM
Days off: Friday -Saturday
