We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team at Clarivate! In this role, you will optimize the collection of accounts and products into aggregated territories, identify future potential, influence resource coverage, create integrated data workflow solutions and monitor and analyze performance. About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
2+ years of work experience in sales operations, corporate finance, business strategy, analysis or related field
1+ years of experience using PowerBI or equivalent data visualization tool (Tableau)
Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
It would be great if you also had...
1+ years of experience in territory planning and or territory administration experience
1+ years of Salesforce experience
Experience with Pivot tables, VLookups, XLookups, and Index-Matchfunctionality
What will you be doing in this role?
Provide financial and operational analysis with insights that support effective business decision making
Provide KPI reporting including, bookings, forecasts, performance, trends and moreto sales leadership
Provide analysis and financial modeling in support of business initiatives, resource allocation and various KPIs
Partner daily with Americas sales leaders
Manage IP segment’s forecast (including driving weekly forecast calls), identify trends, risks and opportunities to accurately forecast the business
Assist in building strong operational processes that help sales teams stay productive and successful
Assist sales leadership with quota setting and account assignments
Create salesforce reports from scratch, as well as refine and update existing reports
Perform ad-hoc analysis when required
Participate in cross-department initiativeswith finance, data & analytics, and commissions teamsas well as other key business partners
About the Team
You will partner daily with their VP of sales to provide insights that will drive results for the business. You will also collaborate with VP’s direct reports, business partners across various teams (finance, commissions, data & analytics, etc.) to work on shared projects and produce outcomes. They will also work closely with other members of the sales operations team, particularly during planning cycles (July-February).
Hours of Work
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in one of our Clarivate offices in the United States
