Job Description

The Sales account manager will focus on promoting and selling Certificate of Conformity (CoC) programs in Egypt, including but not limited to the SFDA Food Program, SFDA Cosmetics Program, SABER SASO Program, and Commercial Certificates initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales acumen to generate new leads, support clients through the certification process, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients and Intertek’s Total Quality Assurance services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote CoC programs in Egypt, targeting SFDA Food and Cosmetics, SABER SASO, and other initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into business opportunities for certification services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on CoC program requirements and processes.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Technical Coordination:

  • Leverage a strong understanding of certification standards, including those of the SFDA and SABER SASO, to provide clients with accurate and reliable advice.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline the certification process and address technical challenges.

Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in the CoC space.
  • Provide regular sales and activity reports to the Egypt General Manager, including performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
