Educating potential clients on how our software addresses specific industry challenges.
Maintaining relationships with decision-makers in target markets to ensure market entry and expansion.
Negotiating contracts and closing agreements with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to our strategic objectives.
Engaging with industry professionals to understand ongoing challenges and trends.
Delivering presentations showcasing our unique solutions.

Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Software Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT related field
Proven experience in B2B sales in software
Deep familiarity with industry challenges and trends in the Asset and Facility Management Domain
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiations with a consultative approach
Proven track record of effectively aligning software solutions with complex industry-specific requirements
Preferably have experience in CAFM, CMMS, EAM
