Product Vision:
• Define and articulate the long-term vision for the marketplace platform.
• Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
Product Management:
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring a clear and actionable list of user stories and features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to gather and refine product requirements.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
Agile Methodology:
• Lead agile development teams using Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
User Experience:
• Drive user-centered design and prioritize user experience in all product decisions.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development.
• Collaborate with UX designers and UI developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Market Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate the marketplace and attract new users.
• Conduct market research to validate product ideas and assess market potential.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with squad, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Build strong relationships with partners and vendors to drive marketplace growth.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Partnership Management and Catalog Management & Expansion:
• Liaise with the vendor enrollment & management team as well as the partnership team to source and onboard new vendors who offer complementary products or services to expand the marketplace's catalog.
• Streamline the vendor technical onboarding process and systems integration integrations, to ensure a seamless experience for both vendors and customers.
• Track key metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and product quality, to evaluate vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with vendors to develop new products or services that align with the marketplace's strategy and meet customer needs.
1. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment.
2. Strong Knowledge of different digital marketing tools like adobe analytics, etc
3. Strong commercial background
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, technology-based management, computer science, information systems, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce or similar role digital Marketing experience.
