Job Description
The Account Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to our strategic customers. The Account Manager brings a Point of View to Customer engagement; and uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate Siemens Healthineers radiation oncology solutions
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business opportunities in addition to growing and maintaining the existing Installed Base to support overall country target according to the Sales funnel and planning.
- Establish, develop a sustainable and strong relationship with strategic accounts and KOL.
- Determining and ensuring the quality of market data and trends
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback Desired competencies & Qualification.
- Drawing up marketing concepts, business plans and strategies to develop Radiation oncology market.
- Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, demonstrating equipment specs, negotiation and deal closure at the customers and/ or Business partners.
- acting as a key player to align all project’s stakeholders (service Dept, PM, Logistics Dept and,… ) to fulfil properly project timelines and develop customer journey .
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Qualification:
- Experience in the Healthcare business field, clinical application of cancer treatment and radiation therapy.
- Bachelor ‘s degree in biomedical engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare capital equipment with good track records of success and proven strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English
- Fluency in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
- Willing and flexible to travel extensively.
