Job Duties:-
+ Maintaining returns operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies / procedures.
+ Maintain a high level of return product accuracy and speedy processing through employee involvement and teamwork.
+ Ensure team distributes returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the product, its condition and type of return.
+ Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work; follow up on work results.
+ Complying with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and requirements.
+ Directing the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse.
+ Developing employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling.
+ Maintaining and adjusting employee timecards.
+ Establishing safety practices and hold others accountable for adhering to them.
Job Requirements:-
+ 2 - 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, in the shipping/e-commerce field.
+ Very good English Level.
+ Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Decision Making and problem solving skills.
+ Analytical and reporting skills.
+ Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.
+ Time Management and multi-tasking.
+ Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
+ Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment.
+ Focused and professional attitude.
