Job Description:
Responsible for all aspects of Revenue Assurance & Fraud Managementsystems such as
Setting strategies for RA FM systems to align with strategic objectives
Leading technical integrations with different teams
Ensure vendor alignment to requirement from Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management business teams.
Design, develop, implement, and provide architectural oversight of technical solutions
Lead vendor deliverables and participate in requirement sessions, solution architecture and UAT
Work with managed services team to ensure all RAFM related developments, customization, reporting requirements are made/enhanced as per Business needs & according to agreed SLAs.
