Job Description

  • Execute efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures, handle cash transactions, and manage daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
  • Engaging customers in a warm and approachable manner, you'll serve as a Retail Sales Executive, catering to their inquiries, preferences, and purchases to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to exceed set sales goals through proactive upselling and cross-selling of products, suggesting appropriate options, and sharing product insights tailored to customer needs.
  • Perform precise and efficient point-of-sale transactions, strictly adhering to company guidelines, managing cash dealings, and overseeing day-to-day cash reconciliation and reporting duties.
  • Join forces with the sales team to go beyond assigned sales objectives by taking the lead in upselling and cross-selling products, offering viable alternatives, and furnishing product wisdom that resonates with customer needs.
  • Skillfully and precisely conduct point-of-sale transactions, maintaining unwavering adherence to company policies and procedures, overseeing cash transactions, and managing the daily reconciliation and reporting of cash activities.
