Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Retail Manager - Golf Cart Store
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the golf cart store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff. Plan and schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews. Oversee and coordinate team management across all store branches. Ensure consistent performance, training, and support across locations. Oversee inventory levels, order new stock, and manage stock control. Ensure attractive and organized product displays. Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints and queries, and offer expert advice on golf carts and related products. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store sales. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales. Prepare and manage the store’s budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability. Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance targets for the store and staff. Implement strategies to meet and exceed these targets. Offer continuous support and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in inventory management and stock control. Familiarity with retail management

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Passion for golf and knowledge of golf carts is a plus.
