Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Retail Manager - Golf Cart Store

What will you do?

•       Manage and oversee the daily operations of the golf cart store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
•       Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff. Plan and schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
•       Oversee and coordinate team management across all store branches. Ensure consistent performance, training, and support across locations.
•       Oversee inventory levels, order new stock, and manage stock control. Ensure attractive and organized product displays.
•       Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints and queries, and offer expert advice on golf carts and related products.
•        Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive store sales. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
•        Prepare and manage the store’s budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
•        Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
•       Set, monitor, and achieve sales and performance targets for the store and staff. Implement strategies to meet and exceed these targets.
•       Offer continuous support and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What will you need?

•       Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
•       Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
•      Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
•      Familiarity with retail management
