NOK Human Capital is hiring "Retail Account Manager" for one of most well-known E-commerce multinational companies
Located:New Cairo.
Key job responsibilities
The Associate Retail Account Manager will be primarily responsible for:
1) Applying fixes to solve buy-ability defects and ensuring vendors listed items are live on the website.
2) Identifying, prospecting and reaching out to new vendors, analyze their potential for the company.You will lead first steps, by cold-calling potential partners or attending commercial events and trade fairs, and confidently explaining advantages and benefits of partnering with the company.
3) Efficiently managing the business transactions with existing tier 2 and 3 vendors managing vendors at scale across multiple Middle East countries (Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE) with help of tools and automation.
4) Improving business terms and driving business growth for vendors at scale.
5) Working closely with cross-category teams and drive operational improvements in vendor-management processes.
6) Owning vendor communication (calls/emails) to drive vendor self-sufficiency in long-term. The candidate should have experience in analyzing opportunities for systematic improvements in business management functions and building strong processes and SOPs to drive process-improvements.
7) Sourcing promotional opportunities (deals, sponsored Ads, etc.), and other business inputs with vendors. They target catalogue completeness and increasing the number of products sold by vendors.
8) Ensuring high availability of products through effective communication and problem-solving.
Basic qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
* Previous experience in account management, retail operations, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail industry dynamics.
* Proficiency in using software tools and navigating account management platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in RBS, MLH, or with agencies supporting the company's business is a plus.
