Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence - First Nile Boat is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. 

This Position Requires Candidates That:

• 2+ years of previous experience in similar role in five-star luxury hotels

  
  
• Have college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• Have knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Have the ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Have reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
