Job Description

Role Purpose:

Tracking and monitoring resource pyramids VS targets, define a plan to fill in attrition impact and to be presented to all SLL, E2E governance for all TSSE resources (FTEs and Contractors).
 




Key accountabilities and decision ownership

•    Tracking and monitoring resource pyramids VS targets.
•    Providing inputs on Pyramid optimization.
•    Follow up on hiring plans for Business Cases.
•    Define a plan to fill in attrition impact and to be presented on monthly basis.
•    Own all seating plan projects and make sure that efficiency target has been achieved.
•    Act as an internal change agent and consultant.
•    Initiate change and act as an expert and facilitator.
•    Tracking and governing resource optimization.
 




Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

•    Cross-functional background, have working experience in more than one area/discipline.
•    Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
•    Organized for working in a global cooperative team environment.
 




Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Commercial background is an asset 
•    Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.
•    Excellent knowledge in all MS Office applications.
•    Hands-on skills with project planning applications like MS Project, Primavera, etc. is a plus
