Job Description
1. Collaborate with other teams within Security & Resilience group to contribute towards continuous improvement across the function.
2. Provide regular updates on the Bank's Security and Business Continuity capability, KPIs and metrics to the relevant board/senior management committees.
3. Liaise with the different security teams for effective tracking and update of the Security & Resilience Risk Appetite Indicators, and Key Risk Indicators, and Key Performance Indicators.
4. Design and maintain internal dashboards and reports for effective management tracking of the Security & BCM performance, status.
5. Ensure proper preparation and timely submission of different Security & Resilience deliverables for the relevant committees including standing agenda items and other deliverables as needed.
6. Track security Risk Acceptance / Corrective Action Plans and ensure closure/update according to the defined frequencies
7. Stay up to date with Security and Business Continuity industry trends, best practices, news about global incidents/threats to ensure the alignment and proper reporting of the same to management
8. Act as the Security & Resilience Management group focal point to manage internal and external audit requirements and liaise with owners to ensure closure of any cases within a timely manner. Record, track, support and report on all remedial audit and quality assurance activity, including the maintenance of schedules and plans, maintain accurate records on audit and quality assurance, and produce comprehensive reports on audit and quality assurance matters.
9. Update and maintain Continuity & Resilience Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) in coordination with Risk Management team and ensure the relevant owner addresses any identified gaps.
10. Maintain access different data sources (Security Applications, Business Continuity System, SOC dashboards, ...etc.) to ensure having a full overview over the data needed to develop the required reports / dashboards.
11. Ensure applying adequate escalations process for effective tracking and closure of any gaps/issues identified through audit / RSCA engagements.
12. Ensure tracking and follow-up on the different Security & Resilience documentation (e.g. Policies, Processes, Plans, etc.) and ensure reviews and updates takes place by respective stakeholders according to the approved review frequencies.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or equivalent
• 0 - 2 years working experience in Business Continuity, Security and/ or related aspects (2 - 4 for Senior Officer)
