Your responsibilities
Project management Prioritize project requirements and delivery, determine tasks and actions for exec team schedule and meet deadlines, brief support services, manage and evaluate project progress.
Project design Provide sound research recommendations, apply appropriate research methodology and recommend appropriate Kantar Research Surveys products. Set standards of excellence, ensuring high quality through thorough checking procedures, conduct detailed checks of proposals, questionnaires, discussion guides, presentations.
Project output Provide sound guidance on analysis techniques, on “finding the story”, finalize and ensure strategic content of conclusions and recommendations, always adding value to research results.
Client management Acquire relevant client background knowledge, must have a very clear understanding of client business, relationship building, meet deadlines, manage general client expectations, responsible for liaising with client on all aspects of the study, from briefing to presentation on a project basis.
Your profile
Highly strategic and consultative, with a passion for brands and brand development
Quantitative research mastery and experience leading brand research projects
Experience working with global clients within fast-moving sector/s
Passionate about mentoring junior team members
A passion for and pursuit of exceptional client experience
Desire and commitment to driving the collective success of a team
Excellent communication & presentation skills
