A Multinational Company is looking for Procurement R2O Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, Shared Services Background, with a strong understanding of sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiencies.
- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee supplier performance to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement budgets to control spending.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the procurement process.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage late deliveries or supply crisis by vendor
- Monitor OF Rate, percentage of fulfilled orders from orders received
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA, Oracle E Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
