About the role We are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead to manage our financial reporting process and maintain an effective control environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing the company’s financial reports and overseeing all accounting operations, from bookkeeping to revenue recognition and inventory costing.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of financial practices and accounting procedures, preferably with previous experience in auditing. + Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
+ Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and policies.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
+ Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
+ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
+ Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
