Job Title Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet organizational goals. Youll work closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and implement strategies that support business growth and regional talent needs. Job Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective hiring plans.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the right fit for open roles.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the companys employer brand through social media, events, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on regional hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support new hires through the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a regional role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with regional labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
