SUMMARY Drawing from the company’s vision and experience in AI/Enterprise Imaging/PACS Sales, the RSM is responsible for the sale of Paxera enterprise imaging and integrated AI solutions in a specified medical specialization and Egypt and Levant region, including:
Radiology and other ology PACS
Enterprise Imaging
AI and AI authoring platforms
VNA and archiving solutions
Image Sharing.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES AND DUTIES
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets by engaging in such activities as developing a territory sales plan that includes identifying potential sales opportunities for Paxera product lines, making contact with decision makers for those products in each identified opportunity, developing interest in our products among those decision makers, arranging demonstrations, creating proposals and closing business with the assistance of PaxeraHealth management and support staff as needed.
Responds efficiently and effectively to leads which will come from multiple sources besides the direct contact efforts of the RSM, including inquiries from Company website, responses to email blasts and other electronic marketing efforts and working contact lists and databases acquired by the Company.
Develops and maintains a good level of PaxeraHealth product knowledge.
Travels to develop sales opportunities when appropriate. All Paxera products can be demonstrated remotely, but on-site sales activity is necessary as interest in Company products develops.
Adheres to typical good territory and expense management in terms of combining on-site sales calls when on the road is expected.
Documents and communicates all sales activities in a timely and effective manner through Salesforce and regular conversations with management. Salesforce is necessary to measure metrics including funnel size, volume of prospect/customer contacts, close rate, etc.
Assists with the planning of sales exhibits.
Attends trade shows.
Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation.
Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Proven sales success in IT or Healthcare IT fields requiring complex technical sales solutions
At least 8 years of field sales experience.
Advanced training in recent sales techniques preferred.
