NOK Human capital is hiring "Regional sales manager" for one of the biggest Companies in the FMCG sector, supplying agricultural commodities across the Middle East and North Africa
Location:Upper Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
-Distribute duties among the sales team, set sales goals for each group, review performance, and ensure high professional standards while implementing sales plans to achieve required objectives.
-Monitor sales figures, analyze deviations from planned targets, and prepare periodic reports on sales activities for each product.
-Allocate sales areas to each manager and determine sales volume expectations.
-Investigate customer issues, develop solutions, and monitor implementation to ensure satisfaction and prevent future complaints.
-Oversee contract implementation with clients and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
-Monitor collection processes and intervene to resolve any defaults as necessary.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
-FMCG background is a must
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-MBA is plus
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
