Job Description
Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Sales Director as a Regional Sales Director - Video Security & Access Control for North Africa region – Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria. Managing Channel Account Managers for specific video solutions selling initiatives with Channel Partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet territory revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Managing Channel Account Managers in his/her team. Setting and following short/mid/long term strategies and targets for each team member.
Following Channel Accounts Managers daily activities, opportunity pipelines and business activities.
Lead team members to improve their skills and capabilities.
Prepare and execute market strategy for different market segments
Maximize the market penetration
Develop relationships with Partners key contacts, educate them on our solutions, understand and articulate how our solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activity with Channel Account Manager
Support Motorola Solutions’ video & access control sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for products and services to grow the customer base and increase baseline revenue
Work to discover new potential partners for Video & Access Control products
Following all partners orders and shipments with Channel Account Managers
Following all channel account managers CRM activities and reporting
Build relationships with key end customers and consultants.
Follow large projects with end customers, decisionmakers and consultants
Provide proper & stable booking & invoicing forecast to management
Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
8+ years of video security solutions sales experience. Experience in solution&project business required
10+ years of customer-interfacing experience
Physical security solutions experience is an asset
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both written and spoken
Arabic and
English.
Strong management experience for project business management.
Strong management capability for driven partners, end customers and consultant relationship
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about our products and solutions
Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
A strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proven funnel development through aggressive prospecting
Exceptional presentation skills required
Location & Travel Requirements:
Travel will be no less than 20% of the time. This travel will be international. Location Egypt/Cairo
