Job Description

EgyBell is hiring Regional Quality Assurance Controller for one of the leading companies in the field of procurement, management and marketing solutions in Africa and the Middle East.
They are responsible for overseeing the entire supplier Quality control, Supply Performance, Monitoring and continuous improvement, will ensure that our suppliers meet our stringent quality standards and deliver products and services that meet our customers’ needs.
This includes onsite supply chain company inspections and Auditing. Responsible for the supplier’s quality output for Marketing and printing.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA’s):

Supplier Audits and Quality management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of relevant quality control and assurance procedures. Stakeholder engagement. Daily supplier audits and quality checks. Compliance and Documentation. Customer complaints on quality issues in a timely and effective manner.

WORK EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

Excellent in English. 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role. Project management experience is the must. Printing experience in Marketing filed. Quality Control and Quality Assurance is the must. Communication Skills (verbal and written). Technical and analytical and Administrative skills. Strategy formulation and implementation skills. Policy formulation skills. Complaint Handling. Negotiation and interpersonal and project Management skills. Corporate governance skills. Advanced Computer literacy – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
