We’re looking for a dynamic Regional People Operations Manager to lead and elevate our People Operations department. This individual will report directly to the Head of People & Culture and they will be spearheading people operations as a function
1. Payroll Operations Supervision:
Oversee and ensure the accurate collection and verification of payroll-related information across Egypt, UAE, and KSA.
Supervise the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and precise execution while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and continuously enhancing efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
Take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including designing, documenting, and continuously improving the onboarding framework to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Develop and manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and proactively identifying areas for process optimization and automation
3. Insurance and Compliance:
Liaise with the insurance office to handle Forms 1, 2, and 6 appropriately.
Ensure all processes are compliant with Egypt's labor law and other relevant legal requirements.
4. Process Improvement:
Enhance existing People Operations processes in Egypt, UAE, and KSA.
Develop and implement strategies to elevate the People Operations function to the next level.
5. Employee Support:
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding People Operations policies and procedures.
6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure thorough understanding and application of Egypt's labor law in all relevant People Operations processes
Work closely with our Legal department to ensure compliance with people and culture regulations across all our operational countries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a similar role.
Proven expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding processes, especially in Egypt, UAE, and KSA, with a strong understanding of regional labor laws.
Skilled in managing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a supportive work environment.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills, with a conscientious approach to follow-through and embedding these behaviors within the team.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
High agency and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
