Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership
- Spearhead the growth of the Microbiology portfolio in designated EEMEA countries.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, assess potential, and benchmark against competitors.
- Provide comprehensive country-specific assessments to inform strategic decision-making and establish effective business models.
- Partner with country GMs, sales managers, and cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of technological advancements in Microbiology, integrating innovative solutions into market strategies.
2. Market Access and Commercial Excellence
- Drive sales and profitability for the Microbiology segment in alignment with strategic goals and business plan targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams and country managers to align objectives and maintain a robust sales funnel.
- Develop pricing, reimbursement, and market entry strategies for direct and indirect markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and industry leaders.
- Lead account planning for sales opportunities and regularly engage with Microbiology key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Collect and leverage customer feedback (VOC) to drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
3. Operational Excellence
- Stay compliant with evolving regulatory standards, ensuring product and process adaptations as needed.
- Promote the use of Danaher Business System tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years of proven success in Microbiology product management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding business results across diverse markets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Familiarity with EEMEA geography and business landscape is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
