Job Description

Regional planning reference for M0, M1 & M2. Lead, coach and develop scheduling team to execute the master plan aligned with S&OP and asset optimization strategies. Accountable of planning KPIs influencing regional financial results. Direct cooperation with plant managers, supply planner, inside sales manager and logistic manager.
The position is based in 10th of Ramadan in Sharqia (Egypt).

What You Will Do

•Master Plan definition: capacity planning based on Best Guess process.
•Lead, coach and develop scheduling team.
•Manage short term planning aligned with S&OP and asset optimization strategies.
•Assure inventory availability according to service proposition per weekly buckets.
•S&OE weekly cycle smooth execution.
•Lead weekly S&OE weekly meetings.
•Meaningful KPI definition and follow up.
•Drive planning team transformation.

Skills

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Previous experience in Supply Chain.
•Production planning systems knowledge.
•Supervisor proven experience.
•English proficiency.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Communication skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

•Kinaxis - Rapid Response experience.
•APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
