Job Description:
We are looking for Employer Reputation Expertwho will be responsible forthe creation and execution of the employer branding & recruitment marketing strategy for the region, exploring new and exciting ways to position Mars as a great employer.
This role is especially delivering for India, Saudi, UAE, South Africa, Egypt and Kenya
What are we looking for?
3+ years' experience working in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
Great understanding of social media channels and trends
Previous experience launching and managing recruitment marketing campaigns
Good knowledge of an employer value proposition and the role it plays in an overall communications strategy
What will be your key responsibilities?
Own and deliver employer branding strategy & recruitment marketing/social attraction strategy, gathering content and creating activations.
Manage our agency partners to deliver different projects & initiatives to build talent attraction within the region. This includes localizing our global strategy to fulfill the needs of the market.
High stakeholder management across HR, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and RPO with the ability to understand hiring needs and recruitment marketing activities.
Owner of the local market career site. Year over year enhancements to improve candidate experience and talent community sign-ups through content and automations.
