Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!· . Lead collaborative sales forecasting (CSF) process with the Business Unit Offer leaders and arrive at agreed demand plan for rolling 18 to 24 months. · Collaborate and shape the Demand plan to align with business RF at product family range level /Product Activity. · Follow up and maintain of product life cycle process with marketing, supply chain and demand planners.( NPI , EOL,etc ...) · Collaborate with Country Planners to monitor forecast performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock. · Define, Measure, Analyze & Control the forecast in demand vs actual and ensure reliable forecast and good performance on forecast accuracy. · Implement continuous improvement projects by using “Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma” and other methodologies to ensure continuous improvement in E2E cycle. · Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit and share best practices. QualificationsAbout You Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industry/Logistics Language requirements: Fluent in English French language will be valuable Experience: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Skills requirements · Strong business understanding · Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Familiar with SAP , Kinaxis , Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic · Previous experience leading a Team Primary Location: EG-Cairo-New Cairo Schedule: Full-time Unposting Date: Ongoing
