Regional Brand Manager - Commercial - Jumia - Full Time



at Jumia Egypt Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with leading fashion brands. Lead the expansion of Turkish partner brands and markets, including Defacto, LC Waikiki, Trendyol, Koton, and Hepsiburada. Drive top-line performance while optimizing monetization and profitability through Jumia’s assets (marketing, logistics, and payments). Establish a Turkish sourcing hub, creating routes to market across regions, onboarding 3PLs to ensure competitive costs, and building a dedicated team. Scale the 1P retail model by setting up processes for ordering, inventory management, and margin structures aligned with profitability targets, and develop BI tools to monitor performance. Coordinate marketing campaigns with marketing and advertising teams. Support eCommerce growth and education across various markets. Lead frequent promotions for customer acquisition and retention, including Black Friday, Jumia Anniversary, and Brand Festival. Organize SuperBrand Days to boost brand awareness and sales on the platform. Contribute to developing “Jumia Official Stores,” a dedicated brand-owned universe. Actively participate in tech initiatives to enhance the user experience for brands and customers. Implement best practices from advanced eCommerce markets through partnerships with key industry players. Drive structural initiatives to grow the Fashion category across all markets. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus). At least 5-7 years of experience in the fashion industry, with experience in Turkey as a strong advantage. Proven track record of business growth and success in developing and executing business strategies. Fluent in English (Turkish is a strong plus).We Offer:
