What you will do!!
Handle all Refurbishment activities onsite.
Conduct end-to-end reports for all incoming cars and determine needed actions/items.
Plan refurbishment cycles with fellow engineers.
Create & optimize job orders for each vehicle.
Meet Refurbishment deadlines.
Conduct quality checks and determine the status of cars from publishing.
Drive a quality-focused workshop.
Build a strong team of technicians with strong technical knowledge.
Plan refurbishment/production short-medium term milestones.
