Recruitment Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader with solid experience in Recruitment and Leadership to handle our recruitment efforts and lead a team of recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
  
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
  
• Maintain communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and recruitment effectiveness.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  
• Work closely with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  
• Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 8-10 years of experience in Recruitment, at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
  
• Experience in Fin-tech, software, or a related industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
