Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader with solid experience in Recruitment and Leadership to handle our recruitment efforts and lead a team of recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.
- Maintain communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and recruitment effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Recruitment, at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
- Experience in Fin-tech, software, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
