Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Supervisor with a strong background in IT recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and building a robust talent pipeline within the IT industry.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


-Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.


-Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for IT roles.


-Candidate Screening: Oversee the screening process, including resume review and initial phone interviews.


-Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers and provide candidates with necessary information.


-Employer Branding: Build and maintain a strong employer brand within the IT industry.


-Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.


-Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process.


-Compliance: Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications (Education & Work Experience):


-Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).


-Computer Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant software.


-Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.


-Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in IT recruitment and team management.


-Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and talent market.


-Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.


-Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.


-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


-Branding Expertise: Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.


-Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
